TruLaser 5040 fiber

A powerful 5 kW solid laser, rapid cutting speeds and a high level of automation are the characteristics of the laser cutting machine TruLaser 5040 fiber used in our plant.

The production machine implements its strengths optimally especially in the thin sheet sector and when cutting stainless steel, aluminium, copper or brass. Thanks to the BrightLine option, we obtain excellent parts quality even in the thick sheet sector on this machine.

We have relied on laser cutting technology for many years, as well as the TruLaser 5040 fiber. Two further TRUMPF laser cutting machine produce reliable and qualitatively high-grade cut parts. But other cutting procedures are also in use in our plant: whether laser, water jet, autogenic or plasma cutting – we have the appropriate cutting procedures for all requirements.
